Do you offer online tutoring? Yes, we only offer online tutoring. When using our video conferencing software, you’ll feel like you are just across the table from the tutor. The online platform was designed to give the same interactive experience as in-person tutoring.
How do I get started? First select a plan which best fits you and then purchase it online. After purchase you will receive an email from our client services department to help schedule your tutoring sessions. Once all schedules have been verified, you will be assigned a tutor who shares the same availability.
Can I use multiple tutors? Sure, you can be assigned a tutor for each subject you need help in.
How do I change my tutor? Please contact customer service and we will search for a new tutor who shares your same availability to reassign to you.
Can I share my hours with other people? No, package hours are only to be used for a single student. Package hours are not to be shared amongst multiple people.
How do I change to a different plan? Please contact customer service for more information. Plan changes generally require 30 days notice.
Can I cancel if I’m not completely satisfied? Yes, you may cancel your subscription by giving us 30 days notice. Any charges scheduled within those 30 days will be charged and you will have another 29 days to use any remaining hours. The minimum length of any subscription is three months.
